Two years ago people were forecasting three to five years away. While a lot of the area has improved greatly, another article in the TD is still predicting three to five years. We had two pieces of siding fly off (pictures to come) that were right under the gutter on the side of the house but for the most part we came out alright. Some others in town were not as lucky. Battery Park filled up like a bowl. The basement (surprisingly) did alright and thank goodness for our new roof. Garlic, peas and turnip greens are the first to come around this year. This has definitely been our best year for garlic.
